Samuel Kelsall, St Louis (Independent City), Missouri. This entry is indexed by Ancestry as Samuel Helson, born c. 1818 England, but it could equally be Kelsall. head of household. He was living with Mary E. aged 7 also born England, which is clearly the same name in the original but indexed by Ancestry as Kelsall. I have not found either of them in later census, but Mary is found in Pennsylvania church records as born in Ireland in 1843 and died in Philadelphia in 1904.
John Kelsall, New York, New York. John Kelsall age about 54 and Serena Kelsall age about 29 were both born in Germany. I have not found them in any other records. This may have been an adopted name.
